If you would like your child (in Years 4, 5 & 6) to bring a mobile phone into school, please click on your child's class below and complete the online permission form:

At the start of this new school year, we would gratefully request that all parents/carers with children in Reception to Year 6, please let us know arrangements for collection at the end of each school day.  If you could complete the online permission form below urgently if there are any changes to your child's daily routine, please inform the office or member of staff as soon as possible.

Medicine in School

Please click on the links to download a printable copy of the schools letters to allow members of staff to administer medicines/inhalers.  

All medication must be obtained from your child's doctor and have the child's name clearly shown on the label.

Please note: No medicines/inhalers can be administered by a member of staff without a completed form being handed into the school office.
