FOKE - Class Fundraising - Christmas Cards

posted 16 Oct 2017, 03:55 by Linn Hoggins   [ updated ]

Dear Parent/Guardian

This year your children have been producing artwork for Christmas which has been made into a sample card with assistance from Class
Fundraising.  Your child will be bringing home a sample card and also an order form.  If you would like to make an order, please complete the form and return it to the school reception area as soon as possible.

The deadline for ordering is 3.30pm on Wednesday 1st November 2017.  THIS DEADLINE CANNOT BE EXTENDED!  If orders come in after the deadline, it is impossible to add them to the order.

Please attach cash or cheques to your order in either an envelope or a clear money bag.  Cheques should be made payable to "Friends of King Edward Primary School" and not to the school itself.

If your child's name is spelt incorrectly, please make the amendment on the form.  Amendments cannot be made after the deadline.

The final order for the school will be processed on Friday evening in order to make sure that the items arrive at school as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support with this scheme.

With kind regards

Laura Evans
Friends of King Edward

*Please note that if you have not received a sample card, but instead a sheet of your child's artwork, this is because the deadline for the artwork going in was not met for some reason.  It will, however, not stop you from still placing an order.
