Pupil Voice

School Council

Our School Council Members meet to discuss various items they would like to influence around the school and to help gather and share pupil views.

Every child in each class have nominated who they would like to represent them on our School Council.

  • The children will attend regular meetings every term and the dates will be given every term and will be stuck in their books and on the School Council notice board.

  • The meetings take place at lunchtime.

  • During the meetings we will discuss issues or questions that have arisen either in classes or at previous meetings.

  • Children need to be given time to feedback to their class before the date of the next meeting.

  • Minutes from the meetings will be put into registers and need to be stuck into their books.

  • If children in their class have any issues that they wish to discuss they need to tell their School Councillor, who can write it in their book ready for next time.
